Kelly I am a small hospital but I get more applications by doing a live radio show with someone from our hospital marketing team. For 15 minutes we have a conversation about our current volunteer needs. I share a brief summary of the volunteer tasks, schedule and how to apply. Also running a story in the local paper draws a lot of interest too. I hope this helps.
With Covid restrictions, I've lost some of my gift shop volunteers. I've been trying to recruit via the Chamber, Facebook, etc. Does anyone have any good, Covid/virtual recruitment ideas that they can share?
