Writing Goals for FY 2020-2021

    This year my goal is focusing on revamping our procedures. Is there a way to improve the onboarding process? Are our position descriptions up to date? What new positions are needed in this Covid world or old ones discharged?

     Although we have some of our volunteers that have already returned, unfortunately, we have lost some permanently due to the pandemic. Many are scared, and rightfully so.  We do plan to continue using volunteers at limited capacity with restrictions, so my goals for 2021 focus on recruitment and retention of volunteers.  Sadly, it's going to take a while for us to grow our volunteer program again.

    Hello Ladies,

    I am preparing to write my volunteer services goals for the fiscal year 2020-2021.  Have any of you written your goals?   If you have could you please share you ideas.  I have never been at a loss for how to grow my department, but I am so unsure of how to prepare with so much uncertainty still up in the air about the return of volunteers and the pandemic.   If you are planning virtual volunteering I would like to know more about that as well.  Any help you could share would be greatly appreciated.
