Hello Ladies,

 I need to know the steps you take when creating a new task for a new department.  How do you get the staff to engage and accept the new volunteer.  I have lots of turn over in this one area and I thinks is because the volunteer doesnt feel a part of the department.  I remember at our fall Summit someone was going to share this information.  I just can't remember who it was.
