I'm working to establish a new volunteer program and need to know if any hospitals integrate volunteers records keeping into their HR systems rather than using a tool specific for volunteer programs (ie. Volgistics).  Please sharing reasoning for using one system over another and what features of a volunteer data base that you consider to be essential.
