Base fee:

A-SILVER Level (only available to self-run businesses) – $200.00
$200 (only available to self-run business e.g., Beauty Counter, Thirty- One gifts representatives, etc.)
• Single Table/Booth set up in Foyer near Lexington Ballroom, totaling 6’ display space, one tablecloth
B-GOLD Level (corporate vendors) – $450.00
$450- two 6’ tables, two cloths per table, two chairs, power outlet & flyer, & advertisements at conference sessions
C-PLATINUM Level (corporate vendors) – $600.00
$600 – Three 6’ tables “U” Shape, three tablecloths, two chairs, flyer, advertisement at conference sessions & on NCHVP Web/Social media sites

PLATINUM(corporate vendors)

(add-ons to vendor fair attendees and an advertisement option for vendors and sponsors who cannot attend this year)

$50- Monetary donation or donation of company product of $50 value (company recognized)
