We have recently (May 2019) began using ARBA Pro for the gift shop and fundraising.  Our dining services has their own separate system as they are a contract service for our hospital.

We utilize MM Hayes for the areas you identified. It has made our fundraising events seamless and so much more simple! It has also increased sales in the cafeteria since all the employee has to do is swipe their card. The employee must sign up for QuickCharge at least 24 hours in advance of using the card initially. So, when advertising fundraisers, I make sure I add that info in all marketing.

Caldwell UNC Health Care uses ARBA Pro for gift shop, and we hope to use the ARBA fundraising software beginning in January, 2020.
