We provide a complimentary meal and snack for every shift worked - even if it's only a 3-4 hour shift.
We provide a meal card in the amount of $7/day for volunteers who work at least 4 hours.
We provide Meal Tickets ($7 value) to volunteers that work a 4 hour shift, and a Snack Ticket ($2 value) for those that work less than 4 hours.
Volunteers receive a $7 meal voucher for each 4 hour shift as an act of appreciation for their service.
After completing their minimum lifetime commitment of 70 hours, we give volunteers a $7.00 meal ticket each time they volunteer. It expires at the end of the week and we have volunteers sign for the card. Our process for stamping and recording the meal cards we give is labor intensive. It would be great it Volgistics would add an option of attaching a receipt printer, so that volunteers could print their meal ticket when they clock in.
My volunteers can swipe their badge for up to $7.00 when they work 4 hours.
$7.50 for each four (4) hours shift worked.
We provide Meal Tickets ($7 value) to volunteers that work a 3 or more hour shift, and a Snack Ticket ($2 value) for those that work less than 3 hours (i.e. piano players, school year Jr. volunteers, etc.).
Our volunteers do not get a meal pass each time they work. We only give them one 3 X a year (December, Birthday, and National Volunteer Week). Volunteers do receive the same discount as our co-workers in the cafeteria (20 %). They just have to present their volunteer id badge.
When a volunteer has covered a 4 hour shift, what is the dollar value of your volunteer meal pass?
